Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Dodomine™ purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed at dodomine.com.

1. 30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (tracking delivery date). After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where the product is faulty or where the law gives you additional rights.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories and inserts, and you must have your order number or proof of purchase. Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may be refused or refunded only in part (reflecting the loss in value) where the law allows.

Not returnable (unless faulty): gift cards, items made or personalised to your specification, and items that for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned once opened and where the law allows this exclusion.

3. How to start a return

1. Email support@dodomine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address. Do not send items back without an authorization; parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it with a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

4. Return shipping costs

• Change of mind: you pay the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we pay return shipping (or provide a prepaid label) and will replace or refund at your choice, subject to stock.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the item (your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it). Refunds are made in the currency of your original payment; exchange-rate differences and any bank fees are outside our control.

6. Defective or damaged on arrival

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including original shipping, at no cost to you.

7. Late or non-delivered orders

If your order has not arrived, see our Shipping Policy. If we cannot deliver, you are entitled to a full refund.

8. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund if you contact us before it is dispatched. After dispatch, the return process in this policy applies.

9. Exchanges

For exchanges of a different size or variant, email us; we will confirm availability. The simplest route is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute — we resolve most issues within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to submit evidence (order, tracking, correspondence) to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

11. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under mandatory consumer law, including (as applicable): the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (including the rights relating to distance contracts); the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (14 days after delivery to cancel a distance contract, which we honour for customers in those regions even where it exceeds this policy); and the Australian Consumer Law, under which our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
